ZTX-Series for Signal Generators
General Information
RPG's Signal Generator Extenders allow high performance frequency extension of microwave sources into the THz range. The available models cover a Frequency Range from 50 GHz up to 1.1 THz. These modules combine high test-port power with low phase noise to offer exceptional performance.
